Individual golfers and teams should use these forms to sign up to play and choose their method of payment. For sponsors who need to register their teams or submit golfer names, use the Sponsorship Registration. All golfers should be registered by October 13, 2025. Payment will be accepted onsite the day of the outing.

Sponsors, including hole sponsorships and purchases for ads in the program book, should register below. All sponsor names and logos must be received by September 29, 2025, in order to meet deadlines for printed materials. Payment for sponsorships will be accepted onsite the day of the outing.
