During the month of March 2023, the Northeast Texas Child Advocacy Center interviewed 45 children that are believed to be victims of abuse in our eight county coverage area. The counties included Camp, Delta, Franklin, Hopkins, Rains, Titus, Upshur and Wood. Of those interviews, 12 were male and 33 were female. Screenings included 35 for sexual abuse, eight (8) for physical abuse, and two (2) for other reasons.
