During the month of January 2023, the Northeast Texas Child Advocacy Center interviewed 47 children that are believed to be victims of abuse in our 8 county coverage area. The counties included Camp, Delta, Franklin, Hopkins, Rains, Titus, Upshur and Wood. Of those interviews, 10 were male and 37 were female. Screenings included 39 for sexual abuse, five for physical abuse, and three for domestic violence.
